Suddenly my 15 year old wants to homeschool as well. It's more than I was bargaining for. Will I be able to make him care about his education enough to make him do it without making us both crazy? Will I have the tools, skills, and time to give him a complete education?
I've begun the research. I've posted to groups. I've talked to veterans. I've checked out books. I've looked at community college offerings. It's a big decision which I find intimidating and exciting. A second chance to fix the things that I feel have gone wrong being in the public school system? We'll see. I expect this year will be full of hard questions.
